THE 5 DAILY CHALLENGE RULES

  • Break a sweat for at least 15 minutes a day.


  • Follow the nutrition plan.

  • Drink 90 ounces of water per day.


  • ​Walk at least 10,000 steps per day.


  • ​Read 10-15 pages per day (We supply the reading material).
